About Me

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, a seasoned events management professional was sat in the office and the boss says "We've all been sent home, gather your stuff, we're going to be working remotely". Hello COVID pandemic.

A little bit later, hello furlough.

School was out, so I became my son's teacher.

Turns out that the man who was coming in each evening and eating my cooking was in fact my husband. It was nice to get to know him.

I dusted off my camera, got myself some new qualifications (oh how things had changed since I'd studied photography back in college...)

LIFE. WAS. GOOD.

Normality began to resume. School and work resumed. Things starting falling back to the old ways. I didn't like the old ways. The old ways involved little to no quality time as a family, fleeting moments of togetherness over a hasty meal flung from the microwave. A child in wrap-around care before and after school to fit with work schedules, a little life still in single digits yet out of the house for nine hours plus a day. Home was only for eating (quickly) then sleeping.

So I took a deep breath and walked away from a 17 year career, and I took my life back.

And now?

I'm now a multi-award winning wedding photographer, and I'm loving every damn minute of it. I've had the honour of working alongside some of the most amazing people in the wedding industry. I've gained clients who have in turn become good friends. I've made people cry happy tears. I get to provide couples with something that can't be replaced, and one of the only physical take-homes you are left with after your wedding day - the images, moments frozen in time, to cherish and to relive from that day onwards.

"Do a job you love, and you'll never work a day in your life".

The end.

FAQ

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Cirencester and cover Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and parts of Oxfordshire and Somerset. A travel fee is only payable for locations outside of a 15 mile radius of Cirencester, or 30 mile radius for full day coverage.

When will I get my wedding photos?

Please allow up to eight weeks to receive your wedding photos, although I endeavour to get them back to you sooner.

How many pictures will I receive?

This depends on the level of coverage you require. As a guide, full day wedding coverage will be around 450-500+ final images. I always choose quality over quantity and you will only receive the very BEST images from the day.

Absolutely, all details available on request.

Can you provide a COVID-specific risk assessment?

Certainly can, available on request.
